Hampshire based eLearning platform Digits Industries has been acquired by South East HR software firm CIPHR Group.
Digits聽has partnered with CIPHR聽since 2018 to provide learning management solutions (LMS) under the CIPHR Learning brand.
In the future, the two teams and products will work together. Digits said it would continue to operate as a standalone business and its customers can expect to receive the same level of support from its team.
