Leeds start-up聽eviFile has launched a secure digital evidence collection platform for infrastructure and construction projects.
The company says the launch sets a new standard in terms of security and digital inspection.
Field data collection platform eviFile has been specifically developed to adhere to the principles set out by the Home Office in The Association of Chief Police Officers鈥� (ACPO) digital evidence guidelines.
The founders of the platform aim to create a new 鈥榞old standard鈥� for evidence collection for UK infrastructure and construction projects, whilst also expanding into Europe and the United States to achieve the same objective.
eviFile鈥檚 launch comes ahead of 老九品茶Cloud’s聽LCR Construction聽Skills Summit on Thursday 15th November.

eviFile was developed over an 18-month period with the product first becoming commercially available in 2018.
It is already being used in the UK construction, infrastructure and utilities sectors by contractors to satisfy clients that work has been successfully completed to required standards and timescales, whilst simultaneously protecting against legal disputes.
The company also expects its platform to be of use for intermediaries working within those sectors, including lawyers and building, project and engineering consultancies.
eviFile currently employs six people and its entrepreneurial management team comprises managing director, Luke Allen, product director, Edward Williams and chief executive, Nick Halliday.
