A digital coaching platform has secured backing from Innovate UK to help firms recruit people based on their joint values.听
also aims to help remote听working teams discover and strengthen their听dominant听core values听through scientific analysis of company culture.听Its assessment is based on听research conducted with听the University of Manchester.听
It asks a听series of multiple–choice questions听before delivering an听individual听report听which focuses听on听nine dimensions, such as teamwork, customer focus, adaptability and autonomy.听听
It then offers听in-depth听feedback on how this employee听or prospective听hire听can be motivated in听each听area听to get the best out of them听鈥撎�or听what may听demotivate听them.听
The 拢100,000 funding is part of the听Sustainable Innovation Fund听which听aims to听help firms听add value to society as COVID-19听continues to wreak havoc upon the nation鈥檚 health and finances.听
Manchester-based Your FLOCK听is using its own technology to carry out internal recruitment. The latest example of this is Artur Grzybowski, who has just joined the company as听product and project management lead.听听
Grzybowski, the founder of听virtual reality听public speaking app听VirtualSpeech.com – which has听more than听200,000 users globally听– recently served as CTO of VR experiences firm听Immotion.听
