The open day, sponsored by Libiao Robotics, is set to take place in one of Europe鈥檚 largest automated warehouses in Manchester and reveal how late-night fulfilment is driving new customer acquisition and growth.聽
The study analyses nearly 40m customer orders and reveals that brands with market-leading late-night, next-day delivery options are capturing a significant amount of first-time customers between 10pm and 1am.聽
The data shows that, for wellness and nutrition brands, 20% of next-day delivery orders placed between 10pm and 11pm come from new customers. This figure rises to nearly a quarter (23%) between midnight and 1am.聽
The open day will provide a deep dive into these findings, offering logistics and retail leaders a data-driven roadmap to turning fulfilment into a commercial strategy.
The Manchester-based platform will also share the results of its strategic upgrade programme, after upgrading 10 million orders to next-day delivery, free of charge, in 2024.聽
This investment led to upgraded beauty customers generating an 11% increase in subsequent order value, delivering a 10x return on investment.听听
