EdTech Thrive has acquired Stoke-on-Trent-based Huler, a smart intranet platform, just weeks after it completed the acquisition of Guider in a multi-million-pound deal.
It comes as the Nottingham-headquartered firm puts plans in place to build an integrated platform combining learning, mentoring and employee experience tools.
The deal brings together Thrive鈥檚 AI-driven learning platform, Huler鈥檚 personalised digital workspace and mentoring provider Guider.聽
The aim is to create a single system where employees can access everything from onboarding and training to internal communications and workplace tools.
Huler is already used by companies including Travelodge, Norgine and Dairy Queen. Its platform connects apps like Slack, Trello and Jira, allowing users to view messages, updates, calendars and other tools in one place.聽
With AI-powered personalisation and federated search, it aims to deliver a unified experience tailored to each employee鈥檚 role and needs.
Huler will continue to operate as a standalone brand, with further investment planned in analytics, AI personalisation and system integrations.聽
