Wakefield-based 365 Response has acquired Flexiroute in a deal which brings together providers of home-to-school and NHS transport software.

Follow-on funding from BGF and the founders of high-growth digital transport management and eProcurement software provider 365 Response financed the deal for Redcar-based Flexiroute.

The firms work with some of the largest councils and NHS Trusts in the country.

365 Response has grown rapidly since taking 拢3 million investment from BGF in September 2020.聽 The funding has been used to support a rapid recruitment drive and further development of the 365 Response Smart Transport platform.
