Travel industry tech firm Travelport has appointed Nick Bray as its new CFO, it has announced.
Bray joins the firm for British cybersecurity firm Sophos, where he served as CFO for nine years.
Bray has spent over 25 years in the technology sector and has a track record of significantly increasing company value by accelerating growth, Travelport said.
His departure from Sophos聽was first announced in July.
Nick has a 1st class bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Aston University, UK, and is a qualified chartered accountant having trained with PwC.
He is currently a non-executive director of British banknote manufacturer聽De La Rue.
Travelport operates a travel commerce platform providing distribution, technology, payment and other solutions for the global travel and tourism industry.
The company facilitates travel commerce by connecting travel providers with online and offline travel buyers in a proprietary business-to-business (B2B) travel platform.
