UK PropTech FSI has been acquired by US firm MRI Software.
FSI is a cloud-based facilities management solution which improves building sustainability, data visibility and mobile connectivity.
MRI said FSI complements its integrated workplace management system solution and strengthens the company鈥檚 position as a PropTech provider that powers the entire workplace.

FSI has more than 300 clients around the world, including Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.聽
The company, which was founded in 1990, serves multiple asset classes and industries, including retail, healthcare, education, office, government, logistics and manufacturing.
