Urgent care automation platform Ummanu Health and digital medical record expert have teamed up to offer an end-to-end integrated software solution for management of urgent care services.聽
With more and more NHS patients seeking clinical advice around the clock, software for urgent care needs to be highly reliable, fast and intuitive for clinicians, with minimal admin.聽
The combined platform from Ummanu and Eva will support urgent care response from the point of referral from NHS 111, through to assessment, prescription and case closure. Integrating with core NHS national systems, the combination aims to bring reliability and enhanced efficiencies to a critical part of the national healthcare ecosystem, reducing waiting time and increasing patient safety.聽

The end-to-end solution will be deployed this quarter, and will cover the full extent of urgent care services; including out of hours, urgent treatment centres and home visits. It will allow urgent care providers to manage all of their cases under one easy-to-use platform.
