UK-based digital sport giant Snack Media has been acquired by US company Valnet.
Snack Media represents the UK traffic programmatically for NFL.com and operates the GiveMeSport.com, FootballFanCast.com and FootballLeagueWorld.com sites, along with a specialised ad network.
Founded in 2007, it operates a portfolio of over 400 websites and 30 million social followers under a mantra of 鈥楳ake content count鈥.
