SLR Dynamics has been acquired by a North American consulting, technology and managed services provider.
Prodapt has promised to expand the workforce from around 100 to more than 500 with 拢50 million investment into the Reading-based company over the coming years.
SLR Dynamics, founded in 2009, is focused on digital engineering and automation services in the TMT industry, and counts leading European and African telcos among its customers.

This is Prodapt鈥檚 second acquisition for the year following its acquisition of Silicon Valley-based Innovative Logic in August.
