Employee engagement and insights platform WorkBuzz has secured 拢4m in investment to support its next phase of expansion and invest in its leadership team.
The Milton Keynes-based firm will also look to leverage its partnerships in the UK and abroad as it looks to pioneer new AI innovations.
The follow-on investment from YFM Equity Partners was made through the BSC VCTs Funds and YFM鈥檚 Growth Funds, bringing YFM鈥檚 total investment in WorkBuzz to 拢8.8m.
Since YFM鈥檚 original investment, the company has experienced significant growth, nearly doubling its ARR from 拢2.8m in June 2023 to over 拢5m in March 2025.聽
The business has also introduced AI-powered enhancements to its platform, which help businesses understand the 鈥榮o what鈥 from their employee insights and prescribe actions to help organisations gain more engaged and productive workforces.
Alex Merrifield has recently been appointed as WorkBuzz鈥檚 new CPO to drive continued product innovation and a partnerships director is being appointed to drive strategic value creation.聽
