Market research and data analytics giant YouGov has acquired open banking start-up Lean App.听
The listed London-headquartered company will add听financial transaction data听from around 40 industries听to its panel, profiling and other products and services听in the UK and US.听
Lean App users听will be asked to give consent to share their financial transaction data with YouGov.听听
Lean App’s four co-founders Luke Dugdale, Tom Stuart, Max听Lascombe, and Artur Jurgenson will join the parent firm听following the deal 鈥 for an unspecified amount 鈥 with a听three–year earn-out based on success.听听
