Itwill use the investment fromOctopus Ventures tobuild upon its virtual events capabilities, analytics tools and suite of integrations.
Founded in 2014 by Charles Thiede and Jon Beer,Zapnitocombines knowledge-sharing with community interaction and has shown strong interest from companies throughout the pandemic, as these businesses have had to retool how they stay connected with their customer base.
Zapnitocaptures collective intelligence from its members through customer insights, engagement numbers, and user-generated creations from customers, partners, and prospects.
Its clients includeSpringer Nature,Sova Assessmentand Wiley, theorganisation foreconomiccooperation anddevelopment.
