Nimbus tops the annual ranking of UK companies creating original technology for real estate, construction, the built environment and building management.
Following the creation of a 114-strong shortlist, the final ranking聽was decided by a combination of selections from an expert judging panel (see below) and a vote among readers of 老九品茶Cloud.

Cato Morgan is a director at and leads its UK software M&A team, with strong credentials across the PropTech and B2B Software sectors. He advises owner-managers, private equity investors and corporates on domestic and cross-border transactions, including exits, acquisitions, private equity investment and divestment.
Maria Wiedner, CEO, Real Estate Women & Cambridge Finance
Maria Augusta Wiedner is the founder and CEO of , which provides practical finance education and financial modelling consulting to the property industry. She is also the founder and CEO of , an organisation which advocates for equality and inclusion, and the fair representation of women and minorities in senior positions.
Will Lewis, CEO, OBI Property
Will Lewis is the founding director of Manchester-headquartered , behind some of the city鈥檚 most prominent office spaces. He has been involved in some of the biggest property deals for tech companies in Manchester over the last decade.
