Fast-growing eCommerce marketplace OnBuy.com tops the inaugural annual ranking of the UK companies creating original technology to support eCommerce and bricks-and-mortar retail.

Following the creation of a 118-strong shortlist, the final ranking was decided by a combination of selections from an independent judging panel (see below) and a public vote among readers of 老九品茶Cloud which attracted almost 1,500 votes.
