鈥淪teven Bartlett is redefining what it means to be a modern entrepreneur 鈥 he鈥檚 building an ecosystem that fuses media, business, and influence in a way that hasn鈥檛 been done before,鈥 she said.
鈥淢y role is to take that vision and scale it into a global force 鈥 structuring opportunities in media, technology, and consumer brands that will shape the future of entrepreneurship.鈥
Bartlett added: 鈥淛ules is one of the most exceptional strategic operators in the industry. Her ability to structure and scale high-impact businesses into global powerhouses is unmatched.
鈥淚 first spoke to her several years ago, and even then, it was clear she had a rare kind of brilliance. I remember thinking at the time that there would come a day when I鈥檇 need her on our team.
鈥淔our years later, I reached out as our business started to expand globally, and I鈥檓 incredibly grateful she chose to join us. She鈥檚 already made a profound impact.鈥
Davies Marriott played a defining role in Cowell鈥檚 business empire, spearheading the acquisition of the remaining 60 per cent of Syco Entertainment from Sony Music and securing a $125m deal against the Got Talent franchise.
In January, Bartlett spoke about his excitement of signing for talent agency WME on Instagram.
鈥淚t was a really f*cking surreal pinch-myself moment to sit in their LA offices as we agreed the deal, looking at posters of their other talent who are icons and are idols of mine – like Adele, The Rock, Christopher Nolan, Denzel Washington, Drake and so on,鈥 he said.
