Software engineering company Codethink has signed a 10-year lease on a new office in a significant聽deal for Manchester鈥檚 Northern Quarter.
Founded in 2007, the company will take up the third and fourth floors of the Grade II listed building at 35 Dale Street.
The move is said to be the biggest聽property deal in the Northern Quarter since 2015.
The site was acquired by Helical PLC in May 2015 with Codethink鈥檚 taking up an office space totalling 15,089 square feet following their move from Ducie Street in the city centre.
