Rise at Seven is leaving Sheffield and trebling its presence in Manchester as it eyes global expansion.

The search-first content agency, founded seven years ago in the South Yorkshire city, has consolidated its two northern offices into a single flagship space on Princess Street in Manchester city centre.

It has 100 employees based there across a creator studio, gym and event space.

“Sheffield was where we started – hungry, ambitious, building something from nothing,鈥 said CEO Carrie Rose (pictured, centre), who founded the firm in 2019.

鈥淲e trained over 250 people there. Some are now directors. Some are running global accounts. Some are out in New York building the next chapter of this business.

鈥淢anchester has always been at the heart of Rise. This move gives us the space to keep building something that matters – not just for our team, but for the brands we work with globally. We’re proud to be planting our flag here.”

Justifying the decision, Rise at Seven said Manchester is where its alumni network and senior talent converge – 鈥渂etter connected, closer to global clients, and at the centre of the UK’s strongest digital talent pool鈥.

The agency works with brands including Red Bull, SIXT, Capital One, JD Sports, and Shark/Ninja. It also has a base in London and delivers integrated search, digital PR, social and content strategy.
