Crowdcube is partnering with American equity crowdfunding platform SeedInvest in a move to give UK investors access to US companies.
The collaboration is said to be the first time a UK聽crowdfunding platform has partnered up with an American counterpart in this way.
Keen Home will be the first聽American company on SeedInvest that Crowdcube鈥檚 400,000 members will have access to.
The business develops proactive hardware and software products designed to protect and enhance a home鈥檚 core systems. Keen Home’s ‘Smart Vent System’ controls a home’s heating and cooling airflow on a room-by-room level, which results in improved comfort and efficiency.
