Recruitment tech firm Futurestep plans to fill 100聽positions at its new Manchester Talent Delivery Centre by the end of 2017, and 150 in the next two years.
Established in 1998, the company is a division of human resources firm聽Korn Ferry, and provides clients with customised, flexible services to help organisations meet their talent and recruitment needs.
In March, it opened the doors of its new TDC聽facility, which will complement existing hubs and take a lead role in the company鈥檚 regional delivery of senior and specialist recruitment services.
Based in an existing Korn Ferry office in Manchester city centre, staff will be responsible for customer satisfaction and candidate management for clients including GlaxoSmithKline.
Currently, the organisation has more than 1,700 employees working out of 116 offices in 80 countries.

The talent delivery centre currently has two ‘recruitment process outsourcing’ clients to date, and 80 per cent date of the client base should be on its platform by July.

The platform has been deployed to Futurestep search business across all English speaking territories, meaning clients in countries including the UK, Singapore and ANZ can benefit. The roadmap will extend to key European and APAC markets with local language capability by June 2017.
Futurestep also has plans for the deployment of consultants exclusively dedicated to its professional search services, delivering single and multiple professional search level hires, to complement the client solutions on offer.
