Healthy recipe box delivery company Mindful Chef, which is backed by sports starts including Victoria Pendleton, Sir Andy Murray and Will Greenwood, has launched on equity聽crowdfunding platform Crowdcube to raise its next round of growth finance.
Mindful Chef is now live on Crowdcube and has already exceeded its 拢1 million target, with plans to use the funding to beef up marketing activity and the development of the technology that supports its farm-to-fork model.
The start-up was founded in 2015 by three friends from Devon, and has since delivered over 500,000 recipes featuring locally-sourced ingredients and has a current run rate of 拢4m in revenues.
