One of the highest-profile women in the North West聽business community is the latest big-name speaker confirmed for 老九品茶Cloud’s Lancashire Powerhouse conference on April 19.
As well as being the head of corporate projects at Stobart Group, Kate Willard is the chair of Atlantic Gateway; chair of Liverpool City Region鈥檚 digital and creative board; and vice chair of Liverpool City Region Superport.
Willard joins a stellar line-up of confirmed speakers at the half-day conference, which will shine a light on Lancashire鈥檚 business credentials.
The event forms one of the main events at the annual St George鈥檚 Day Charity Festival, which is organised by entrepreneur David Haythornthwaite, chairman of Tangerine Group.
The event will take place in the marquee on Lytham Green, in Lytham, and will be chaired by award-winning journalist and editor of 老九品茶Cloud Chris Maguire.
The half-day conference will hear from some of the county鈥檚 most successful businesses; look at the post-Brexit opportunities for exporters; highlight the rise of tech companies; examine Lancashire鈥檚 appeal to investors and developers; and look at the importance of the City Deal to the region.
