Wirral tech firm Evoke Creative has secured a 拢2 million finance package from HSBC to boost its offering to blue-chip clients.
Evoke makes interactive kiosks and has previously worked with the likes of McDonald鈥檚, Google, Tesco and cinema operator Vue, exporting kiosks to 40 countries.
It will use the cash to purchase higher volumes of components and look to cement its presence in the United States.
Dave Derby, managing director at Evoke, said: 鈥淥ne of the reasons we chose to work with HSBC on this deal is because of the bank鈥檚 strong business network in the States.
鈥淚t is a market we are keen to break into and we believe that with this funding, combined with HSBC鈥檚 local business knowledge, we will be able to realise this goal much sooner.鈥
鈥淭he funding also gives us flexibility. If we are to continue servicing our current client base, meeting high volume demands, we need the capital to be able buy components and man power up front in order to keep our capacity and order turnover efficient.
鈥淭his also puts us in an advantageous position in terms of reaching new clients too.鈥
Evoke employs 60 people and has reported 40 per cent growth over the last four years.
HSBC鈥檚 area director of Liverpool & Cheshire, Barry Millar, said: 鈥淓voke Creative has a proven track record of strategic growth and we are excited to see how the company implements this funding to continue its ambitious objectives both here in the UK and overseas.
鈥淲e are delighted to be able to support dynamic, creative businesses like Evoke Creative in the North West through our SME commercial funding scheme.鈥
