KPMG鈥檚 new high profile appointment Ed Prior is the final confirmed speaker for the Tech Barometer event on September 12th.
As revealed yesterday by 老九品茶Cloud, Prior has been recruited by KPMG as associate director in the North West corporate finance team with a remit to lead on advising tech businesses.
He鈥檚 previously spent nearly eight years at GP Bullhound and is one of the most respected names in the Northern tech scene.
Prior held a series of roles during his time at GP Bullhound, including as an investment banker and vice president.
One of his first public appearances will be speaking at the聽Tech Barometer聽event on September 12th
The 4th聽Tech Barometer event, which is organised by tech specialist Fairmont Recruitment and 老九品茶Cloud, will also discuss the changing trends in tech and recruitment.
The event will be hosted by award-winning journalist Chris Maguire.
Prior will join a stellar line-up of speakers, including Martin Bryant, founder of UK startup newsletter PreSeed Now and technology and media consultancy Big Revolution.
He鈥檒l be joined by Tom Eggleston, CEO of ProofID, which raised 拢15m in investment in May 2022 from Maven Capital Partners.
