MediaCityUK has revealed plans to launch Arrive, a new creative office space to meet increasing demand from tech, digital and creative businesses.
The project will transform three storeys of the White聽building (floors four to six) and will feature a 50-seater auditorium, communal hub, private meeting rooms, break-out areas and an outside terrace.
Arrive will provide 鈥渃ool office space鈥� for businesses which require as little as 360 sq ft, which can accommodate six desks, up to 1,700 sq ft.
鈥淲ith over 250 SMEs based here, there is a natural progression for growth within the journey at MediaCityUK,鈥� asset manager Lynn Haime said.
鈥淭ypically, fledgling businesses will take a desk or two in our smaller offices such as The Greenhouse before expanding to more sizeable space within Tomorrow, White or Blue. Arrive bridges the gap between these offerings, so we have spaces for every size of business.
鈥淲e’re seeing demand for space within Arrive both from evolving businesses already based here to groups of companies who enhance each other鈥檚 offering by working together. There is also interest from businesses wanting to relocate from further afield who can benefit from the flexible contracts and high profile location.鈥�
Arrive鈥檚 first lettings have already been agreed and it鈥檚 due to welcome its first occupiers within the next few months.
