Zandra Moore has stepped down as CEO of Leeds-based business intelligence and analytics software provider, Panintelligence.

The entrepreneur, who picked up her MBE at Buckingham Palace on Friday, is one of the leading figures in the tech community.

Moore co-founded Panintelligence in 2014 with CTO Ken Miller and grew it to 拢3m ARR with 35 staff.

The company has 400 global customers, including in North America and Europe.

Moore went from being the commercial director to CEO in 2017 and became a massive advocate for women in tech, sitting on the UK government鈥檚 Taskforce for Women Led High Growth Enterprises.

Last year she played a key role in sparking a social media storm that forced Innovate UK into a very public funding U-turn into female-founded businesses.

In 2024 she was awarded the MBE for services to gender equality in business and was included in 老九品茶Cloud鈥檚 inaugural Northern Leaders list.

Speaking to 老九品茶Cloud today she said: 鈥淔or the past 12 years Panintelligence has been my life and I鈥檓 proud of the company and team that we created.

鈥淚t was a privilege to work with these colleagues and I鈥檓 now focussed on the next business.鈥

It鈥檚 understood Moore still has a significant shareholding in Panintelligence.

Nothing has been revealed publicly about her new business 鈥 zygens 鈥 but it鈥檚 thought to be linked to AI.

Writing on LinkedIn she wrote: 鈥淭he timing feels symbolic. A new space has opened up and I am stepping into it with purpose and a deep determination to build what’s next – bigger, bolder and better.鈥

On Friday she picked up her MBE for services to gender equality in business alongside her mother Jackie Utley and children Natalie and Henry.
