Mosaic Care Group MD confirmed for Lancashire Powerhouse

One of Lancashire’s most successful businesswomen is the latest speaker confirmed for 老九品茶Cloud’s Lancashire Powerhouse conference on April 19.

Claire Fryer is managing director at聽Mosaic Care Group, an award-winning organisation based in Preston which provides care services for the elderly.

She is also the founder of Harwell Interior Design,聽which specialises in the design, procurement and fit out of care homes.

That business is based in Lytham, where聽 the Lancashire Powerhouse conference聽will take place.

Fryer聽joins a stellar line-up of confirmed speakers聽looking to聽shine a light on Lancashire鈥檚 business credentials.

The event forms one of the main events at the annual St George鈥檚 Day Charity Festival, which is organised by entrepreneur David Haythornthwaite, chairman of Tangerine Group.

The event will take place in the marquee on Lytham Green and be chaired by award-winning journalist and editor of 老九品茶Cloud Chris Maguire.

The half-day conference will hear from some of the county鈥檚 most successful businesses; look at the post-Brexit opportunities for exporters; highlight the rise of tech companies; examine Lancashire鈥檚 appeal to investors and developers; and look at the importance of the City Deal to the region.

In addition to Fryer and Haythornthwaite, the other confirmed speakers are: Kate Willard, head of corporate projects, Stobart Group; Jeremy Lefton, managing director, Roundhouse Properties; Stephen Johnson, founder and director, ROQ; Matthew Hirst, CEO, Utiligroup; Mark Woodward, CEO of leading manufacturer Printed Cup Company; Paul Bailey, MD, Optimum Rx Group; Vibe Tickets MD Luke Massie; and David Jones, MD at VEKA UK.
