PXtech鈥檚 Kerry Townsend, one of the fastest-rising stars of the IT industry, has been crowned Young Leader of the Year at a prestigious ceremony at the聽Women in IT Awards, held at the Grosvenor Park Hotel on Park Lane in London.
PXtech is a world leader in live web-based solutions that transform the operational efficiency of businesses in the charity, hospitality & retail sectors.
The triumph, in front of an audience of 1,200 industry leaders, is all the more remarkable as Townsend recently took time off to start a family, only returning in January 2017 to take up the role of head of strategic product.
The award victory rounds off a stellar 12 months for Townsend who was promoted to director of hospitality business at PXtech in December.

Townsend joined PXtech a decade ago and has worked her way up through the ranks.
