QinetiQ has sold subsidiary Boldon James for 拢30m to听HelpSystems听滨苍迟别谤苍补迟颈辞苍补濒.
The Farnborough-headquartered security firm听said听its听data classification and secure email messaging solutions arm听generated revenue of 拢9.1m听in the year ended 31st March 2020.听
Boldon James was acquired by QinetiQ in 2007.听It said the decision to divest听the firm听was听鈥渁 strategic choice to allow increased focus on our core capabilities to deliver mission-led innovation鈥�.听
It added that听the cyber and information domain remain a strategic growth area听for the company.听
