During the auditing process, Symphony Commerce was recognised by auditors as聽one of the strongest management systems the auditor had encountered in recent years, reflecting a deeply embedded culture of accountability, governance, and continuous improvement.
ISO/IEC 27001 is the global benchmark for establishing, operating, and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS). Achieving certification confirms that Symphony Commerce has implemented rigorous controls to protect sensitive information, manage security risks, and comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
