Tech City UK has announced the names of 26 companies joining its Future Fifty programme in 2017.
The programme gives the fast-growing firms immediate access to a valuable peer network; expert-led classes and workshops designed to take their businesses to the next level; and a higher profile amongst the wider tech ecosystem.
Of the 77 companies that have been through the programme since 2014, Future Fifty鈥檚 track record now includes Five IPOs on the London Stock Exchange, raising $1.5 bn.
There has been over $3.8 bn raised in funding, across the companies, including more than $1.5 bn in 2016. Future Fifty firms have also been through 17 mergers and acquisitions including SwiftKey (Microsoft), Housetrip (TripAdvisor), One Fine Stay (Accor Group) and Skyscanner (Ctrip).
Companies on the list, whioch includes such illustrious names as Just Eat, Transferwise and Zoopla, have created 27,000 jobs around the world.

All 26 of the new Future Fifty have been identified by 鈥榓 highly experienced and respected judging panel made up of some of the most successful entrepreneurs and investors in UK tech鈥�.
They believe these companies have the potential to scale rapidly and build significant businesses.
