With new security and intelligent features, the new means business →

Hey great redesign!
But scheduling an email to be sent later should be like your most important next feature. It would be so useful.

New Gmail redesign is great! Finally a useful way to integrate calendar and keep while looking at emails!
— Jeff Hurley (@HurleyJeffrey)
I keep refreshing GMail like a madman trying to see if I got access to the redesign and this staggered rollout is killing me.

Gmail redesign….I screenshot things I want to keep so there goes that. The only emails I care about are the ones my mom has sent me throughout the years. Once she is gone I’ll still have her words.

I read a headline, “Gmail will now let you send emails that will self-destruct.”
— IllusionaryOne (@IllusionaryOne)
Any “self-destruct” feature introduced by Gmail means for you – not for them. Google provides a free mail service for the same reason they bought Android but not physical phone manufacturers: They just want your data.

I don’t know what’s supposed to be so special about the the Gmail update.. a few design tweaks, a snooze button. Really nothing that wows me by any means, booooring, NEXT!
— phil mæ (@o2phil)
Ooooooooh. A “snooze” feature in GMail is coming!!! I COULD USE THIS SO HARD. “Too busy to reply to e-mail now but don’t want it to get lost in the deluge” is EXACTLY how I feel. Yaaas!
— Avalina Corazon (@AvalinaCorazon)
The is here!!! Awesome job . Loving the changes made and the introduction of the new features – Snooze, Hover, +Mention, Smart Reply, Right side panel. A big thumbs up.
