CTI Digital has promoted David Beswick to the role of managing director.
The former operations director will oversee the digital agency鈥檚 operations in both Manchester and London.
Founder and CEO Nick Rhind will now focus on partners and acquisitions.

CTI was bought by global marketing services company Paperhat Group last year.
Its clients include the British Council, Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Greater London Authority.
鈥淭his appointment allows me to really drive the business day to day whilst giving Nick the time to fully concentrate on positioning the business with our clients and identifying acquisitions to make over the coming years,鈥 said Beswick.
