Video content agency What Media has opened up its first US office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, marking a major milestone in the company鈥檚 global expansion.

The move follows rapid growth in demand for What Media鈥檚 video content services and its proprietary ABC video technology across the US.

The New York office has already signed its first client and is gaining early momentum.

The Brooklyn hub, located in one of New York鈥檚 most creative districts, offers access to world class talent and proximity to many leading global brands.

The company鈥檚 first US hire is Chris Jereza, a former BuzzFeed producer, host, and viral video creator with over 1.2M followers and 500m views in 2025.

With ABC technology already deployed across every global time zone, the US launch was a natural next step.

A recent campaign for a FT100 company delivered tens of thousands of personalised video messages across 23 time zones, demonstrating the platform鈥檚 scale and impact.

Chris Bromage, chairman of What Media, said: 鈥淥pening in Brooklyn is both a bold step forward and a natural evolution for What Media.

鈥淭he US is the world鈥檚 most influential market, and with our proprietary ABC technology already connecting brands with audiences globally, we鈥檙e perfectly positioned to scale.

鈥淲hile we remain fiercely proud of our Northern English roots, this expansion reflects our commitment to supporting clients wherever they are and delivering world-class video solutions on a global stage.鈥
