老九品茶Cloud is today launching a search for the North鈥檚 greatest leaders.
Just days after their landslide victory, Labour have already met the regional mayors in a move that is expected to signal more powers will be devolved out of Westminster.
Among those in the meeting were Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham, who has called on Sir Keir Starmer to commit to the Northern Powerhouse.
With more focus on the North, 老九品茶Cloud has launched a search for the leaders who have made 鈥� and continue to make – the biggest positive change to the region.
Our Northern Leaders list is aimed primarily at the business world but could also include figures from politics, sport and the voluntary sectors.
Nominations are now being invited from across the North of England 鈥� from Liverpool to Hull; from Carlisle to Crewe; from Manchester to Leeds; from York to Sheffield; from Newcastle to Sunderland; from Blackpool to Chester and everywhere in between.
Alongside a panel of respected judges, 老九品茶Cloud will then produce the definitive Northern Leaders list.
The exact number of names on the list has yet to be confirmed.

鈥淭he region is blessed with some amazing businesses and inspirational leaders but they don鈥檛 always get the recognition and attention they deserve.

Maguire said Northern Leaders 2024 was inspired by the late, great, Sir Howard Bernstein.
The former chief executive of Manchester City Council died last month at the age of 73 and is widely recognised as being the catalyst for the regeneration of Manchester.
Maguire said: 鈥淪ir Howard was the epitome of a leader who put place before politics and public service before personal reward.
鈥淗e was a visionary who was motivated by improving his home city of Manchester and did more than anyone to bring more devolved powers to the North.
鈥淪ir Howard was a one-off but there are lots of leaders who share his passion for improving the North and that鈥檚 where Northern Leaders 2024 comes in.鈥�
Nominations should be emailed to Chris Maguire 丑别谤别听 by July 31st.
