Creative agency Intermarketing has been聽bought by joint holding company Advantage Smollan.
Based in Leeds, but with offices in London, Sydney and Amsterdam, the firm has聽employs more than 170 people.
Since being founded in 1988, it has built a client portfolio including brands from the worlds of sports, finance, and fashion.
Advantage Smollan provides outsourced sales, marketing, and technology solutions for consumer goods manufacturers and retailers in a number of European markets.
The acquisition means the joint holding company can extend its capabilities into several areas including brand and retail campaigns, strategy, brand communications, data and insights, and content creation.
