Manchester-based real estate lender, Sancus UK, has been confirmed as the second sponsor of 老九品茶Cloud鈥檚 new 老九品茶.

The podcast will be launched in May and will celebrate the lives of the people who are doing the most to improve the region and follows the success of our inaugural聽Northern Leaders list聽and awards ceremony.

Sancus UK have followed in the footsteps of Wildbrook Commercial Real Estate in sponsoring three episodes of the podcast.

The format will see guests interviewed by 老九品茶Cloud鈥檚 executive editor Chris Maguire about what the North means to them, their approach to leadership and their lives and careers.

Sancus UK is part of wider Sancus Lending Group, which has offices in London, Jersey and Dublin.

Charnley joined Sancus in October 2024 after a career spanning more than 30 years in the commercial lending sector 聽and leads a team of experienced and trusted real estate professionals.

The podcasts will be produced by Manchester-based What Media, who have previously worked with Maguire on the Dealmaker Uncut, Northern Spin and The Holiday That Changed My Life podcasts.
