Tech office contractor Workspace Design & Build has recorded a record turnover of 拢10 million following a raft of new work in Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester.
Based in Bruntwood鈥檚 Manchester One building, the聽company has recently made ventures into the industrial sector, as well as sustaining commercial sector projects.
It recently completed the 5,500 sq ft fit out for DealTrak at Leeds Dock, working with project manager OBI Property transforming the former Google building into the motor finance and insurance company鈥檚 new headquarters.
Workspace D&B has also been reappointed by award-winning influencer marketing business Social Chain to deliver the third phase fit-out of its Manchester base.
Managing director Russell Davis said: 鈥淭he property sector is still booming and it鈥檚 great to see such positive returns across the business.
鈥淭here is a great deal of work for us to capitalise upon while continuing to expand our portfolio across multiple sectors.

鈥淟ydia Richardson joined the team a month ago undertaking the role of administrator and Ben Smith will be joining as project manager.

The firm has been appointed by Hallam Read and CSB to deliver a 拢1m 25,000 sq ft Category A refurbishment in Nottingham, bringing an old Natwest call centre building back onto the market.
It recently completed a 拢1m refurbishment in Logistics 老九品茶 Park in Bolton.
Davis added: 鈥淭he CAT B refurbishment of Whistl’s depot in Bolton is a great project for us.
“This is the first warehouse scheme we have completed demonstrating our diverse range of clients and contributing to our growing portfolio of work.
鈥淲hen completing this project, time was of the essence.
鈥淭he scheme took 12 weeks to complete and we were successful in delivering a full refurbishment of the warehouse complete with standalone office rooms in time for the installation of the mail and parcel sortation machinery and equipment.
鈥淭he team thoroughly enjoyed working on a project that was so different from our usual spectrum of work and we look forward to continuing our expansion across the market.鈥�
